Julia started JLegal back in 2007 with a clear mission: to bring a smarter, more personal approach to legal recruitment in Asia. Over the course of nearly two decades, she built JLegal into a well-respected firm known for its deep industry connections and genuine care for both clients and candidates.
In 2025, Julia officially stepped away from her leadership role, marking the end of her active involvement in the company’s operations and strategic direction. Her departure came as part of a planned transition, with Benedict assuming ownership and stewardship of the firm.
