The successful candidate will be predominantly working on M&A transactions but will also have the opportunity to take on more day-to-day work in areas including commercial contracts, data protection, employment, payments and regulatory matters.

You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy being part of a tight-knit legal team. You should have 4-7 years of M&A experience and we are particularly keen to speak to lawyers who are looking to transition in-house from practice at this point of their careers.
