Our client is a global investment institution looking to expand their regulatory compliance team in Singapore. Ideally, you are legally qualified and have worked in a regulatory compliance position in an FI or MNC for about 5 years.

Experience in areas such as securities regulation, shareholder disclosure and reporting, insider dealing laws, and compliance processes and policies would be advantageous.

Also highly beneficial would be familiarity with financial products such as derivatives and equity, and exposure to control room environments.
